Presently, owning a home is a great dream for everyone but it does come up with lots of responsibilities. When something goes wrong with a rental property we may come in a trouble. So, as a renter, it is always a good idea to know about landlord responsibilities. One of the prime tasks of an owner is not to differentiate while choosing a tenant. As a matter of fact, the owner can be charged with some prejudiced offenses and can face legal action.
Another duty is to hand over a safe and secure house to the renter while giving it for rent. The house has to be given in that condition that it is completely free of structural issues or any other damages. The house is full of good working conditions that include well painted walls with all fitted electrical and plumbing lines. As far as the financial transactions are concerned, the landlord has to return back the security deposit along with interest as specified in the rental agreement to the tenant.
