Renting of property is a common practice across the world. People usually become a part of this practice by acting as a tenant or the landlord. There is an agreement that is signed by both the tenant as well as the landlord before agreeing to the deal. The Landlord Tenant Lease agreement is present in the market in a number of formats. The first document is the Lease agreement form. This document is used by the landlord to collect the information about the tenant before they can move in to the property. This form has various fields that collect the information related to them and their previous history in several areas. More specifically form has the following fields to be filled by the tenant: name, age, social security number, phone number, employment details and the credit history. All this information is required to judge whether the person will be able to pay the rent in a timely fashion or not.

The second document is called the Lease addendum and is filled by both the tenant as well as the landlord. There can be information fields that were left out in the first form. It is mentioned in the second form what are the duties of the landlord and the tenant, what the tenant can demand from the landlord and vice versa, the rent, the pay date, duration of the lease etc. this also has a code of conduct for the tenant.
