But still landlord is the most powerful person as far as landlord tenant relationship is concerned. The biggest advantage landlord got is property ownership. There are few reasons when a landlord can issue a notice against the tenant, they are as follows:

Rent notice – This is the first tenant notice landlord can send to tenant about the rent. If landlord finds out that tenant is not paying the rent on time.

Property damage – If landlord inspects the rented property and finds out few assets have been damaged or destroyed, he/she can serve warning notice.

Eviction notice – This is the most important notice because landlord has to show proof, why he/she wants tenant to leave the property. It is always advisable to talk with attorney and discuss the complete matter with him/her with out hiding the truth as it is legal issue.

These are few notices which can be sent by the landlord to tenant. But it doesn’t mean that tenant has no rights to use, tenant can appeal in court against landlord if he/she is correct.

As a matter of fact, the home owner and the renter need to sign an agreement where all such details are written in brief. Like this written accord, the tenant notice is one of the kinds of notice that has to be given by the landlord to him.
